Two Days of Food, Fun, & Learning

There are so many wonderful things coming to the Texas market for the future. We learned so much from the array of industry experts and may have sampled a thing or two from some up and coming brands.

Below are three takeaways we felt were important to know!

Full Plate Augmented Reality Menus

One really cool tech we came across was Full Plate AR Menus. Using Augmented Reality (move over Pokémon Go), this find will literally place your dish in 3D in front of potential diners so they can see exactly what they are ordering. We were impressed with this ‘Eatertainment’ technology that claims to up revenues by 30%. Also included are a custom QR code as well as table toppers to drive those in house sales!
