Kim Beechner, BBA, MA CEO
Entrepreneur. World Traveler. Wife + Mom.
Kim Beechner has taken her love for the food & beverage industry and turned it into a passionate business. Prior to opening her agency, she spent 8 years working in the service industry in every position imaginable. When she wasn’t working, she was traveling the world, absorbing cultures & cuisine from around the globe. This experience combined with her educational background in International Business, Marketing & Communications inspired the creative agency’s niche.
Over the last 11+ years, Kim has cultivated one of the restaurant industry’s premier marketing agencies providing entrepreneurs, franchises & chefs an opportunity to grow their concepts in a way that stays true to their intentions.
In her spare time, you’ll find Kim operating her second company Rent Giant Games with her husband Corey & their son Caz. If she’s not working, she’s volunteering, running marathons, gardening, or traveling.
Victoria Baumle, Web Designer
SEO Superstar + Keeper of Random Facts
Victoria is a graduate of Northwest Vista College with a degree in Digital Media & Web Design. She joined the Embark Team as an intern in 2019 before coming on full time in March of 2020.
Coming from a food & beverage background, she is well aware of the many facets of running a restaurant and the unique challenges restauranteurs face in a post-pandemic world. She has a passion for creating beautiful & user-friendly websites for Embark’s clients.
In her spare time, you can find her spending the day with her husband & two dachshunds, Dakota & Luke (yes, she has pictures of them…just ask!). An avid gamer, you can most likely find her playing World of Warcraft or Sims on weekends when she’s not exploring the Alamo City for the next big food find.
Daniella Aldaco, Account Manager
Social Media Maven + Fashionista
Daniella is a graduate of Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where she earned a degree in Communications. She has a passion and dedication for social media management. She enjoys strategically developing digital campaigns for our clients and identifying trends in customer interaction.
In her free time, Daniella enjoys spending time with her two dogs and trying out new restaurants with her family. One fun fact about Daniella is that you’ll usually find her following up on the latest fashion trends because she loves to express herself through clothing and accessories. This love for fashion has led to the aspiration of one day opening her own clothing boutique.
Amy Delgado, Account Manager
Content Guru + Coffee Lover
Amy is a graduate of University of Texas San Antonio where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She joined the Embark Team as an intern in the summer of 2022, shortly after joining the team that year.
Previously working in the restaurant industry, Amy is knowledgeable of all the challenges a restaurant faces and has previously collaborated with developing social content. She is passionate of creating content for our clients and finding ways to grow their businesses.
On her downtime, she likes to spend time with her family playing her favorite board game, Sequence, seeing her favorite artists live in concert and trying out new local coffee shops. She dreams to one day open up a small coffee shop truck.
Karina Elizondo, Content Creator
Videographer + Anime Lover
Karina is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio where she earned her Bachelors degree in Business Marketing. She is currently pursuing a MBA degree to further develop her business skills and joined the Embark team shortly after graduating.
Working previously as a videographer at UTSA Campus Recreation, Karina found her passion for photography an content creation. She enjoys creating engaging fun videos for our clients.
In her free time, you can find her playing all the latest video games, binge watching series, or hanging out with her friends. She also loves to dress up and go to cute local restaurants to eat and discover good quality food.
