Looking for fun Halloween festivities to partake in this month? We got you covered with a list of events our clients are hosting in celebration of Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos.

The Good Kind – Dia de Los Muertos Celebration

The Good Kind is having a nine day Dia de Los Muertos Celebration from Oct 25th – Nov 2nd, with festivities that will include local art, music, trivia and food vendors. A community ofrenda will be installed and guests are invited to place their offerings in honor of their loved ones who have passed on. Muck and Fuss – 3rd Annual Dog Costume Contest

The perfect event for your furry friends is the 3rd Annual Dog Costume Contest, at Muck and Fuss in New Braunfels. This event will take place on Wednesday, October 27th at 6pm. Participants should register by emailing halloween.muckandfuss@gmail.com with your name. phone number, pet’s name and breed info. All dogs must be on a leash and the contest will start at 6:30 pm. Each dog & owner will have 30 seconds to present the dog costume on stage to the crowd. Winners will be chosen by crowd participation.

Copa Wine Bar – October Wine and Dine: Hallowine

Join Copa Wine Bar for a Halloween Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 28th at 7pm. Enjoy a 4 course dinner for just $60 with creations such as Mudbug Stuffed Toadstools or Bubbling Cauldron Soup. A costume contest will take place for those participating in the wine dinner. First place winner will receive a 3-liter bottle of Bogle Phantom Red! Reservations are required to attend the event and can be made by giving Copa Wine Bar a call at (210) 495-2672.

Rosario’s – Dias de Los Muertos Celebration

Rosario’s Southtown is hosting a Dia De Los Muertos Celebration on Saturday, October 30th! The entire staff is dressing up in their best costumes. Guests can enjoy face paintings, a community ofrenda, and Patron Tequila tastings from 5pm – 7pm (while supplies last).

Bistr09 – Halloween Brunch

Brunch, a live DJ and a costume contest? Halloween doesn’t get much better than this. Join Bistr09 for a Halloween Brunch, on Sunday, October 31st from 11am-2pm. Enjoy entrees such as The Bloody Burger (B9 burger with beat sauce), Liver and Chianti (liver marinated in a Chianti sauce), and Black Pasta with Fried Fingers (pasta with chicken). The costume contest will consist of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes.

Backyard on Broadway – Halloween Party

Backyard on Broadway invites guest to a Halloween Party on October 31st, from 11am-11pm.

The event will begin with a Dog Costume Contest from 12pm-1pm, followed by a Kids Costume Contest from 3pm-4pm and ending with an Adult Costume Contest from 9pm-10pm. Prizes and $25 gift cards will be given away. Wear your best costume! Guests can enjoy live music by JD Duarte from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and a spooky cocktail made with Titos will also be available all day.
