Need an update to your website that our team built or maintains? We’re here to help. Please submit your request, and our team will get started ASAP.
What to expect:
- Basic updates (text changes, image swaps, minor edits to menus): Please allow for 24-48 hours for your request to be completed.
- Larger requests (new pages, significant content updates, functionality changes): Please allow for 72+ hours for your request to be completed.
All requests are added to our queue in the order received and will be handled by our team as soon as possible. Requests received on Friday after 4 pm will not be updated until the following business day. Emergency support is available for front-of-queue assistance & after hours at a rate of $200 per hour.
Important notice: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that additional charges may apply for clients without an active web maintenance package with the Embark Marketing Team on a per-hour basis.
Per-hour quotes are estimations based on the initial scope of work and are subject to change.
